Moldova Agroindbank (MAIB)

(MAIB) Moldova Agroindbank is a universal systemic bank committed to providing innovative and high-tech services to all segments of customers, individuals, and legal entities.

Background

In December 2019, the MAIB Moldova bank launched a project for automating business processes on the Creatio platform. The first stage of the project included the creation of a single customer base (portrait 360) and automation of the loan conveyor process for individuals. The Edenlab team was responsible for CRM integration.

Results

  • Establishing a single system for maintaining the customer base of individuals
  • Automatic updating of individuals’ data from internal and external systems of Agroindbank Moldova
  • Automated application creation process through a bank branch and from external sources (including online)
  • Customized processes for creating, filling out, and reviewing applications with the possibility of automatic routing, depending on the level of the transaction
  • Ability to generate, view, and print pre-configured forms for public contracts, loan applications, and more
  • Scoring calculation mechanism and settings of its parameters
  • Integration between Creatio and other systems of the bank to create and update customer data, reserve and open an account, register limits, transfer agreements, payment schedules, etc.
